What is The Human Capital Digital Innovation Hub?

We help organisations/HR teams in their efforts to enhance digital innovation around Talent and Workplace Productivity using AI solutions.
This involves:

  • Working on a live current HR challenge your organisation is currently facing
  • Helping an organisation/HR team source a digital or AI based solution around people management
  • Experiment with using it through an actual pilot (of the innovative AI/Machine based learning solution) and
  • Facilitate a monthly learning session for 3 months

The focus is on learning about digital solutions (to help reduce costs and facilitate remote working) without the pressure of a purchase

How do I participate in The Hub?

The organisation identifies a real-life business issue they are facing (e.g. creating a digital mindset for employees, improving candidate attraction or enhancing employee engagement etc.)

The HR TECH Partnership then manages the entire six-month programme which includes:

Why is The Hub attractive to corporates?

  • The emphasis is on learning in a practical, hands-on manner i.e. it’s not a class-room focus
  • There is no pressure of a sale.
    Organisations can ‘try’ a product and at the end of the programme decide if it is right for them
  • As the focus is on a pilot, the organisation minimises the risk of large-scale disruption or a negative experience from line managers & employees
  • Often the HR/business leader understands the urgency of this issue but the rest of the team is very ‘transactional’. The Hub can be the first step (and a gentler way) to help the broader team start thinking about ‘digital disruption’
  • All selected start-ups can work with any existing IT systems. Integration with current HRIS systems is therefore not an issue
  • As the process does not involve the sale of an IT system (but is a learning programme), lengthy intervention from procurement, IT etc. can be managed more effectively
